|Cream cheese||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Single cream||4 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, pith and seeds removed and shredded|
|Eating apples||1 Large, cored and diced|
|Pineapple||1 Small, peeled, cored and diced|
|Celery stalks||3 Large, sliced|
|Orange||1 Large, peeled and thinly sliced|
|Banana||1 , sliced|
|Lettuce leaves||6 Large|
|Radishes||4 , thinly sliced|
|Chives||1 Tablespoon, freshly chopped|
Beat together the cream cheese, cream, lemon juice, cayenne and salt and pepper to taste.
Put the green pepper, apple, pineapple, celery, orange and banana in a mixing bowl and pour over the cream cheese mixture.
Toss well to coat all the fruit and vegetables.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Line a glass salad bowl with the lettuce leaves and pile the fruit and vegetable mixture on top.
Arrange the radish slices around the edge and sprinkle over the chives.
