Florida Salad

  Cream cheese 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Single cream 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Green pepper 1 Medium, pith and seeds removed and shredded
  Eating apples 1 Large, cored and diced
  Pineapple 1 Small, peeled, cored and diced
  Celery stalks 3 Large, sliced
  Orange 1 Large, peeled and thinly sliced
  Banana 1 , sliced
  Lettuce leaves 6 Large
  Radishes 4 , thinly sliced
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, freshly chopped

Beat together the cream cheese, cream, lemon juice, cayenne and salt and pepper to taste.
Put the green pepper, apple, pineapple, celery, orange and banana in a mixing bowl and pour over the cream cheese mixture.
Toss well to coat all the fruit and vegetables.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Line a glass salad bowl with the lettuce leaves and pile the fruit and vegetable mixture on top.
Arrange the radish slices around the edge and sprinkle over the chives.
Serve immediately.
