Tex Mex Munch
|Popped popcorn||12 Cup (192 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Spread popped popcorn in 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan; set aside.
In 1-quart saucepan melt butter.
Remove from heat; stir in chili powder.
Drizzle over popcorn; stir to mix.
Sprinkle popcorn with cheese.
Place oven rack in top position; heat broiler.
Broil popcorn for 1 to 2 minutes or-until cheese melts.
