Texas Brownie Sheet Cake

Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cocoa 4 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 9- x 13-inch baking dish. In a small saucepan, gradually stir water into cocoa powder to form a paste. Add margarine, and heat until margarine is melted and mixture is smooth. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt.
2. Combine the flour mixture and chocolate mixture until smooth (a whisk works best for this). Add the eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth; then pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean when poked in the center. Cool before cutting into 24 squares.
