Ingredients
  Avocados 2 Large
  Tomato 1 Large
  Small onion 1⁄2 , chopped finely
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel and chop avocados.
Peel and chop tomato, removing the seeds; drain.
Put avocado and tomato in blender or mixer bowl; add onion and vinegar.
Blend or beat till smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
