Corn Cheese Texas Hash

  Ground meat 1 Pound
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Canned stewed tomatoes 8 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Canned whole kernel corn 7 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Brown meat in oil, stirring to break up meat.
Remove meat.
Add onion, bell pepper and garlic to fat.
Cook until soft but not brown.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, meat, chili powder; mix well.
Add rice and season to taste.
Bake at 350° for 30 min Grated cheese may be sprinkled on top for last 5 minutes.
