Shanghai Casserole

Ingredients
  Boneless pork 1⁄2 Pound, cut in small strips
  Boneless veal 1⁄2 Pound, cut in small strips
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Pillsbury brown gravy mix 1 Packet
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
  Chow mein vegetable 1 Pound, undrained (1 Can)
  Sliced celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Chow mein noodles 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Directions

Coat pork and veal with flour.
Brown meat in oil in large skillet.
Add gravy mix, soy sauce, mushrooms, and liquid from chow mein vegetables.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add celery, onion and chow mein vegetables.
Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer until vegetables are tender
