|Boneless veal||1⁄2 Pound, cut in small strips|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Pillsbury brown gravy mix||1 Packet|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)|
|Chow mein vegetable||1 Pound, undrained (1 Can)|
|Sliced celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Chow mein noodles||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
Coat pork and veal with flour.
Brown meat in oil in large skillet.
Add gravy mix, soy sauce, mushrooms, and liquid from chow mein vegetables.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add celery, onion and chow mein vegetables.
Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer until vegetables are tender
