Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2 , scrubbed not peeled
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped unsalted dry roasted walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh dill 1 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Remove seeds from cucumbers, shred and drain.
Place in a bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Toss to mix well.
