California Cucumber Salad
|Cucumbers||2 , scrubbed not peeled|
|Raisins||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped unsalted dry roasted walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh dill||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced garlic||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Remove seeds from cucumbers, shred and drain.
Place in a bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Toss to mix well.
