Texas Hill Country BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Catsup 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat all ingredients at a slow simmer for 30 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool slowly.
Can be used immediately, basting brisket every 30-45 minutes.
Cook slowly over pit 4-5 hours.
