Ramona Werst shares her recipe for Real Texas Mango Avocado Salsa.
Ingredients
  Mango 1 , peeled and diced
  Avocado 1 , peeled and diced
  Dried ancho pepper 1 Teaspoon, grounded (or any pepper)
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Key lime juice 1 Tablespoon
For shallot mixture
  Shallot 1 , diced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), diced
  Oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. For shallot mixture – in a saucepan, heat oil and sauté shallot and garlic for a few minutes. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix together dried ancho pepper, coriander and kosher salt. Set aside.

MAKING
3. In a large bowl, mix together mango, salsa, shallot mixture, key lime juice and ancho pepper mixture. Toss all the ingredients well.

SERVING
4. Serve Mango Avocado salsa with tortilla chips.
