Texas Welsh Rarebit
|Shortening||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Processed cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Camembert cheese||1 1⁄3 Ounce, sliced (1 Section)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Blend shortening and flour to smooth paste.
Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add cheese, cook until melted.
Just before serving add Worcestershire and wine.
Pour over Melba toast.
