Hardy's Texas Pudding Pie

Ingredients
  Eggs 5
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon extract 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat egg yolks and whites together until light; add sugar, flour, butter, sweet milk, and lemon extract.
Bake on rich pastry in 2 pie plates in moderate oven (350 degrees), until custard is set.
