Louisiana Hot Link Sausage Sandwich
|Hot link sausage||1 Pound (Evergood Louisiana Brand, 4 Links)|
|Thinly sliced red bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced yellow bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced orange bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|French rolls/Sourdough rolls||4|
|Barbecue sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Gourmet corn relish||4 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat grill.
2. Grill sausages and peppers over medium-high heat for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Warm or toast rolls.
4. Place each sausage in a roll and top with mixed peppers, 1 tablespoon cole slaw, 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce and 1 tablespoon corn relish.
