Louisiana Hot Link Sausage Sandwich

Ingredients
  Hot link sausage 1 Pound (Evergood Louisiana Brand, 4 Links)
  Thinly sliced red bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Thinly sliced yellow bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced orange bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  French rolls/Sourdough rolls 4
  Coleslaw 4 Tablespoon
  Barbecue sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Gourmet corn relish 4 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Preheat grill.
2. Grill sausages and peppers over medium-high heat for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Warm or toast rolls.
4. Place each sausage in a roll and top with mixed peppers, 1 tablespoon cole slaw, 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce and 1 tablespoon corn relish.
