Ingredients
  Red wine vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or Any Hot Sauce, To Taste)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (To Taste)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon (To Taste)
  Avocado 1 , cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Canned black eyed peas 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Canned corn kernels 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Green onions 3 , thinly sliced
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Roma tomatoes 8 Ounce, seeded and chopped
  Tortilla chips/Pita chips 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl mix vinegar, hot sauce, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add the cubed avocado and mix gently to coat.
Add the peas, corn, onions, cilantro and tomatoes to the avocado mixture and mix gently.
Adjust taste with hot sauce, salt and pepper.
Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
