Lipton California Mashed Potatoes
|All-purpose potatoes||2 Pound, peeled, if desired, and cut into chunks|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion soup mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope, Lipton Recipe Secrets)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), heated to boiling|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In 3-quart saucepan, cover potatoes with water.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.
Return potatoes to saucepan.
Stir in parsley and onion soup mix blended with hot milk and sour cream.
