Lipton California Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  All-purpose potatoes 2 Pound, peeled, if desired, and cut into chunks
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Onion soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope, Lipton Recipe Secrets)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), heated to boiling
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In 3-quart saucepan, cover potatoes with water.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.
Return potatoes to saucepan.
Mash potatoes.
Stir in parsley and onion soup mix blended with hot milk and sour cream.
