California Fruit Salad Rose

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Rose wine 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh fruit 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In medium saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cold water; let stand 1 minute.
Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
Stir in wine and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites, about 60 minutes.
Fold in suggested fresh fruit.
Pour into wine glasses or 4-cup mold; chill until firm, about 3 hours.
