Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 375 Milliliter
  Condensed consomme 2 Can (20 oz) (284 Milliliter Each)
  Bottled meat sauce 5 Teaspoon (25 Milliliter)
  Cooked beef 250 Milliliter, cut into thin strips
  Crumbled blue cheese 125 Milliliter
  Diced green pepper 125 Milliliter
  Sliced green onion 50 Milliliter
  Finely chopped pimiento 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften.
Place over low heat, stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat; stir in consomme and meat sauce.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 1.5 L (6 cup) mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on salad greens.
