Ingredients
  Lean chuck 3 Pound, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Liquid smoke 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Catsup 14 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Coca cola 1
Directions

Cook meat with salt and 1 cup water slowly for about 2 hours until very tender.
Add more water, if necessary.
Shred meat with forks while warm, being sure to remove all fat and skin.
Add remaining ingredients except Coca Cola.
Stir and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Add Coca Cola.
This may be prepared in advance.
