|Flank steak||1 1⁄2 Pound (Top Quality)|
|Sliced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Condensed golden mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped canned tomatoes||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
Broil meat 2 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, in saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat; stir now and then.
Thinly slice meat diagonally across the grain.
