Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped
  Bay leaves 2 , finely chopped
  Peppercorns 5 Milliliter (5 Milliliters)
  Dry white wine 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Wine vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  New york steaks 40 Ounce (Four 10 Ounces Each)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat barbecue at HIGH.
Place all ingredients in deep plate; let stand 15 minutes.
Place steaks on hot grill and cook 8 to 10 minutes depending on taste.
Turn at least three times, baste and season.
