1)Heat olive oil in a large sauce pan and once heated add in the vegetables and toss well. Cook till soft.
2)Then add the sausage, spices, italian spices and paprika and mix well.
3)Once all of these ingredients are mixed well add together the broth, stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce.
4)Simmer for about half an hour gently stirring in some water whenever needed.
5)Mix in with white or brown rice and serve.
