Buckingham London Broil

This Buckingham London Broil was truly awesome. I can't think about anyone who does not like this Beef Stroganoff recipe. A true delight to your palate
  Flank steak 1 Pound (1 Inch Thick)
  Tamari/Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Minced ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)

Pierce the steak on both sides with a thin knife or skewer.
Place in a 9 X 13-inch glass dish.
In a medium-size bowl, combine the tamari, honey, vinegar, ginger, and bay leaf, and add garlic by pushing through a garlic press into the bowl.
Pour over the steak and refrigerate, covered, for at least 4 hours, turning meat once or twice.
(Marinating longer will impart a more robust flavor to the meat.) Remove the steak from the marinade and broil for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired degree.
Slice thinly and arrange on a serving platter.
