|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat hamburger buns||4 , split|
|Spinach leaves||12 Large, stems removed|
|Red onion slices||4|
|Mushrooms||4 Large, sliced|
|Avocado||1 Small, peeled, seeded and cut into 12 wedges|
Combine yogurt and mustard.
On bottom half of each bun, layer an equal amount of spinach leaves, onions and mushrooms; top each with a Grilled Burger.
Arrange 3 avocado wedges on each patty; top with an equal amount of yogurt mixture.
Close each sandwich with bun top.
