Ingredients
  Avocados 2
  Cucumber 1 , peeled and sliced
  Pink grapefruit 2 , cut into segments
  Orange 1 , cut into segments
  Cooked shrimp 1⁄3 Pound (150 Gram)
  Mayonnaise 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Chives 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Ketchup 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Tabasco sauce To Taste
  Lemon slices 3
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Slice avocados in half and scoop out pulp without damaging shell, then cut pulp into pieces and set aside.
–  In a bowl, combine all other ingredients except for the chives, celery seeds and lemon. Add avocado pulp, fill shells with mixture and garnish with chives, celery seeds or lemon slices.
