Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce heads 2 , cut into 1 inch strips
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled and cut into wedges
  Ripe avocado 1 , peeled and diced
  Minced bermuda onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 2 Large, sliced
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bacon 4 Ounce (Crisp And Hot)
  Olive oil 7 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Drop
  Coddled egg 1 (1 1/2 Minutes)
  Fresh grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Prepare large wooden salad bowl with 1 tablespoon olive oil; add salt, rub with garlic, then remove garlic.
Add romaine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, onions, and mushrooms, and sprinkle with cheese.
Mix remaining olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and seasonings thoroughly.
Add egg and whip vigorously.
