Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

€¢ Prepare broccoli according to your taste as for Broccoli Nature.
€¢ Place in a microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle on top 3 tablespoons (50 mL) of the orange juice.
€¢ Cover and microwave 6 to 9 minutes at HIGH. The time depends on how the broccoli has been cut.
€¢ Place the butter or margarine in a microwave-safe bowl and melt 1 minute at HIGH.
€¢ Stir in the flour, mix well. Add the orange juice, stir well.
€¢ Microwave at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once, until creamy and transparent.
€¢ Stir in the salt.
€¢ Drain the broccoli and top with the orange sauce
