Lumpiang Shanghai

Everybody likes lumpiang shanghai rolls. They make a perfect side dish or snack. Even kids enjoy them.
Ingredients
  Ground meat 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Finely chopped onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Lumpiang shanghai mix 500 Gram (1 Pouch Mama Sita'S)
  Finely chopped spring onions 2 Tablespoon
  Spring roll wrapper 45 (8 Inch In Diameter)
Directions

In a bowl combine meat,carrots, onions, spring onions, egg and lumpiang mix and mix well.
Place 1 scoop of mixture on the spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
Seal edges with water or egg white
Cut it in three rolls and dip ends in some flour.
Deep fry in hot oil.
