Arizona 7 Layer Taco Sandwich
|Deli turkey breast||1 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Coarsely chopped ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|French bread slices||4 Large (About 1/2 Inch Thick Oval Pieces)|
|Tomato||1 Large, sliced|
|Ripe avocado||1 , peeled, sliced|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)|
|Salsa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Combine olives, chili powder, cumin and salt in medium bowl; reserve two tablespoons.
Stir mayonnaise, sour cream and onions into remaining olive mixture.
Using 1/2 of the mayonnaise mixture, spread on 1 side of each bread slice.
Top with tomato and turkey.
Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture on top of turkey.
Top with avocado slices.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Transfer sandwiches to baking sheet.
Bake until hot, about 15 minutes.
Top with reserved olive mixture.
