Arizona 7 Layer Taco Sandwich

Ingredients
  Deli turkey breast 1 Pound, thinly sliced
  Coarsely chopped ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  French bread slices 4 Large (About 1/2 Inch Thick Oval Pieces)
  Tomato 1 Large, sliced
  Ripe avocado 1 , peeled, sliced
  Shredded cheddar cheese 3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Combine olives, chili powder, cumin and salt in medium bowl; reserve two tablespoons.
Stir mayonnaise, sour cream and onions into remaining olive mixture.
Using 1/2 of the mayonnaise mixture, spread on 1 side of each bread slice.
Top with tomato and turkey.
Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture on top of turkey.
Top with avocado slices.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Transfer sandwiches to baking sheet.
Bake until hot, about 15 minutes.
Top with reserved olive mixture.
