€¢ Pat the scallops dry in paper towels, then place them side by side in the bottom of a shallow pan. Fit a microwave-safe open low rack on top of scallops.
€¢ Place slices of bacon on rack, one next to the other.
€¢ Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 6 to 8 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
€¢ Remove bacon and keep warm.
€¢ Remove grill. Stir scallops.
€¢ Microwave 3 to 4 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
€¢ Drain fat. Add bacon, crumbled.
€¢ Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
