  Baby shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned pineapple chunks with juice 19 Ounce
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 , minced
  Lettuce leaves 4

In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except lettuce.
Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
Cover 4 salad plates with a bed of lettuce leaves.
Spoon marinated shrimp in the middle.
