|Live crawfish||10 Quart (1 bucket)|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm)|

Fill a washtub with water and pour in 1 cup salt.
Mix the salt into the water, then drop in the live crawfish.
The crawfish will swim around for a while, and the salt water will cause them to purge themselves of mud and impurities.
Meanwhile cut up the garlic and onions, put about 2 gallons of water in a large pot, add the garlic, onions, and all the remaining ingredients.
Boil the water for 15 minutes.
Drop in the crawfish and boil for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat but let the crawfish remain in the water for 10 minutes.
Take the crawfish out and place in a large pan until cooled, then serve with cocktail sauce or Sweet French Dressing.
