  Plain nonfat yogurt/Low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (DANONE)
  Chunky salsa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Mild/Medium)
  Chopped stuffed green olives 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

In a small bowl combine yogurt, salsa and olives.
Cover; chill until ready to serve.
