California Plum Sorbet

Ingredients
  California plums 12 , sliced (fresh)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated orange peel 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender; blend until smooth.
Pour into loaf pan; freeze about 4 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, process again until smooth.
Return to freezer until ready
