|Veal/Pork||1 Pound, diced|
|Celery||3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), minced|
|Carrots||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sliced|
|Salted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Shoyu||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Saute meat in hot oil over medium heat.
Add rest of ingredients, cover and simmer 25 minutes.
Combine with fluffy rice: Add 1 1/2 cups rice slowly to 3 cups boiling water to which 1 tsp.
salt and 2 Tbsp.
oil have been added to prevent sticking.
Cover pan, reduce heat to simmer and cook 30 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
Toss lightly with fork before combining with meat mixture.
