Ingredients
  Sweet peppers 4 Medium
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Canned seasoned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can Of 8 Ounce)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Parboil peppers for 2 minutes and drain.
Mix remaining ingredients for filling.
Stuff peppers and cook slowly on grill with barbecue hood down (throw some damp hickory on the fire), about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
