Pompano Florida Style

Ingredients
  Pompano fillets/Sea bass / mullet / red snapper 32 Ounce (Four Fillets Or Steak, 8 Ounces Each, Otherwise Use)
  Lemon/Lime 1 , sliced
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oranges 4 Small, sliced
  Bermuda onion 8 Ounce, sliced
  Paprika 1 Dash
Directions

Rinse and dry fillets and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Line center of baking pan with slices of lemon or lime and lay fish on top.
Sprinkle with juice.
Bake at 350° F., basting with the juice, until fish flakes easily when tested, 25-30 minutes, depending on the size of the fillets or steaks.
Arrange overlapping slices of orange and onion on 4 individual serving plates, each holding a cooked fillet.
Dust with paprika.
