London Broiled Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Flank steaks 4 Pound
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place steaks in shallow pan.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
Marinate at least 4 hours (or overnight).
Broil 5 to 7 minutes on each side 3 inches from heat.
Baste frequently.
Slice thinly on diagonal.
