Texas Trail Cakes
|Packaged biscuit mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned evaporated milk||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned beans with chili gravy||1⁄2 Pound (0.5 Can)|
To biscuit mix, add evaporated milk; beat smooth.
Stir in beans with gravy.
Bake on a hot well greased griddle, (or in a skillet) on the grill.
Turn cakes when top is bubbly and few bubbles have broken; flip only once.
