|Crushed pineapple||1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz)|
|Vanilla wafers||1⁄4 Pound|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Pint|
Butter a pyrex pan.
Roll vanilla wafers to make crumbs.
Put wafers into pan and sides, saving a few for the top.
Cream together butter and powdered sugar.
Add well beaten eggs.
Pour this mixture over crumbs.
Spread crushed pineapple on top of creamed mixture.
Whip cream and spread on top of pineapple.
Sprinkle well with vanilla wafer crumbs.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
