|Graham crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soda crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon jello||1 Small|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned evaporated milk||13 Ounce, chilled|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine Crust ingredients and press into a 9x13" pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Mix jello with boiling water and let cool.
Cream the cheese and add sugar and vanilla.
Add cooled jello and blend thoroughly.
Whip the evaporated milk until thick.
Combine the whipped milk and the cheese mixture; blend well.
Pour onto the prepared crust.
Whipped Cream or Dream Whip Spread the whipped cream on top of the cheese-milk layer.
Decorate with small amount of slivers of unsweetened baking chocolate over the cream.
