1 Cup (16 tbs) (Combination Of Whole Wheat, Soy, Rice And Wheat Germ)
10 Tablespoon (1/2 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.Break the eggs and keep the yolks and whites aside.
3.Whisk yolks and honey until foamy.
4.Add grated carrots, broken nuts, flour and cinnamon.
5.Whisk whites separately and add to the mixture by making a well in the center.
6.Take a 8 x8 inch glass cake dish and pour the mixture into it.
7.Bake for 45 minutes.
