Thanksgiving Torte

Ingredients
  Marshmallows 40 Large
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Mandarin orange slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground nuts 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a double boiler, cook marshmallows in lemon juice, orange juice and one and a quarter cup of water intil marshmallows turn soft
2. Dissolve gelatin in quarter cup of water and add it to the mixture; allow to cool and add whipped cream into it
3. Pour this mixture into eleven springform, decorate with slices of mandarin orange and nuts and refrigerate

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
