Coffee Creme Torte

Ingredients
  Eggs 8 Small (Separated)
  Powdered sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
  Flour/Finely ground nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant powdered coffee 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Cream of tartar 1⁄4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Beat egg yolks, add powdered sugar, baking powder, flour or ground nuts, instant coffee and vanilla to it and mix to blend well
2. In another bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar stiff till peaks begin to form
3. Add egg whites mixture into the batter, add batter to three greased and floured eight or nine later cake tins and bake for twenty minutes at 350°F; allow to cool and split each layer in half

SERVING
4 Frost the halves layers with chocolate frosting and serve
