  Digestive biscuits 4
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chocolate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Mint leaves 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Onto a plate add digestive biscuits and top with whipped cream or cream cheese or both.
SERVING
2. Scatter with grated chocolate and decorate with a fresh mint leaf.
