|Chopped dried figs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F before baking.
2. Take an 8 inch spring form pan, use waxed paper as bottom lining. Arrange the cookie crumbs on the sides and bottom of the pan.
3. Whisk egg whites to form soft peaks. Slowly beat in sugar, retaining the peaks. Fold in rest of the ingredients.
4. Transfer to the pan and bake for 50 minutes. Cool and remove from pan.
5. Slice and serve.
