Frozen Peach Macaroon Torte

|Mashed peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Add More Quantity, If Needed)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Whipped heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Coarse almond macaroon crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix the peaches, sugar, and lemon juice.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Spread half of the crumbs on the bottom of a 1-quart refrigerator tray, add the peach mixture, and top with the rest of the crumbs.
Freeze until firm, 4-6 hours.
