Cranberry Torte

Ingredients
  Graham cracker crumbs 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sifted confectionery sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Apple 1 Medium, ground
  Raw cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), ground
  Canned crushed pineapple 12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1 Pint, whipped
Directions

Pat the graham cracker crumbs into a 12" x 7 1/2" pan.
Reserve 1/2 cup of the crumbs for later.
Cream butter, add confectioners' sugar gradually and continue creaming until fluffy.
Add egg and mix well.
Place over crumbs in pan.
Then combine apple, cranberries, pineapple and sugar and spread over butter mixture.
Chill well.
