|Graham cracker crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sifted confectionery sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Apple||1 Medium, ground|
|Raw cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), ground|
|Canned crushed pineapple||12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Granulated sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Pint, whipped|
Pat the graham cracker crumbs into a 12" x 7 1/2" pan.
Reserve 1/2 cup of the crumbs for later.
Cream butter, add confectioners' sugar gradually and continue creaming until fluffy.
Add egg and mix well.
Place over crumbs in pan.
Then combine apple, cranberries, pineapple and sugar and spread over butter mixture.
