Banana Strawberry Torte

Ingredients
  10 inch angel food cake 1
  Angel food cake 1 (10 Inch)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crushed strawberries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced bananas 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Strawberry halves 8
Directions

Slice cake crosswise into three equal layers.
Combine sour cream, sugar and crushed strawberries.
Fold sliced strawberries, 3/4 cup of the bananas and sour cream mixture into whipped cream; chill 30 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken.
Spread about 1/2 cup fruit mixture on each layer, including top of cake; stack layers.
Chill.
To serve, garnish top of cake with remaining banana slices and strawberry halves.
Cut into wedges with electric knife.
