Dessert Vixen: Chocolate Orgasm Torte
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt the chocolate and butter together and put it in a clear glass bowl.
Then beat the egg on high speed until they form soft peaks.
Add the egg mixture with slightly cold chocolate mixture until they are almost incorporated.
The content needs to be transferred in a 9 inch springform pan. To get ready, spray the springform pan and line up with the parchment paper round.
Pour the egg and chocolate mixture in the prepare pan and then put the pan in a larger glass pan. Carefully pour nearly boiling water in the glass pan.
Transfer the glass pan to oven and bake for 5 min. After that cover it with a aluminium foil and bake for 10 more min.
Then take the content out of the oven and allow it to cool completly before removing it out of the water.
Then put in refrigerator for atleast 6 hours.
Remove the content from the spring form pan as shown in the video
Now prepare the toppings for the cake by heating heavy cream but do not let it boil. Then add 0.5 pound of chopped
dark chocolate into it.
Pour the toppings very gently on the cake as shown in the video.
Let the toppings to set up before cut out the slices. Wash the knife with hot water everytime you cut the slice.
