Twice Chocolate Torte
|Two layer size chocolate fudge cake mix||18 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Dessert topping mix||4 Ounce (Two 2 Ounce Package)|
|Canned chocolate syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Creme de cacao||2 Tablespoon|
Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions, using two well-greased and lightly floured 9x1 1/2 inch round cake pans.
Let layers cool in pans 10 minutes.
Remove from pans to racks; cool.
When cake is completely cool, split each layer in half, making 4 layers.
Prepare dessert topping mix using package directions.
Fold in chocolate syrup and creme de cacao.
Spread 1/4 of the filling on one cake layer; top with second cake layer and more filling.
Repeat with remaining cake and filling.
Chill well before serving.
