|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Almond butter||80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Beat honey, lemon juice, almond butter and egg yolks together.
In another bowl, beat egg whites and salt until stiff.
Fold egg whites into almond butter mixture.
Place in an 8x8-inch oiled pie pan and bake for 20 minutes.
